Helpful and prompt responses, from friendly and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. Preferred when working with one dedicated agent - recently with Amanda Dawes who has been fantastic.
Always surprised Peninsula staff are not trained on BrightHR and v.v. It would be very useful if they were.
