P Sampson GM Of The Axe And Compass Pub Restaurant
Had first session with Mark Jessop today 30/01/23. We are a pub restaurant and have only been up and running for less than a year so we were keen to get our compliance in place. Mark has done a great job getting us started on the right path with excellent advice and writing our contracts. He has made the minefield of HR seem like a walk in the country. Looking forward to working further with Peninsula over the coming years as our business grows.
