I always ask for Rhona Macfarlane when I call Peninsula. She has been fantastic in helping me navigate my way through HR issues. Her demeanour makes me feel calmer about situations that have sometimes had me climbing the walls and she explains everything so well that I am never left questioning "why?" Sometimes I have called just to check that I am on the right track, and the support I get is the same as when I call and don't know which way to turn, friendly yet professional, informative, supportive and always leaves me grateful that the company I work for use Peninsula.
