I am definitely not a fan of phoning 'help desks' which, in my experience, tend to be 'un-helpful desks'. So imagine my joy today in contacting Einaas Farooky today to ask for some support in finding an Occupational Driving Risk Assessment - and receiving the most polite and helpful response!! I have even arranged a Teams call to enable Einaas to guide me through the 'finer points' of the BusinessSafe portal. Thank you Einaas - keep up the good work - you are a credit to your Team!!
