Just had my first meeting with Mark Jessop at Peninsula and was delighted to find how easy he made it to navigate through the extensive support, guidance and tech back up provided by peninsula to their customers.
Mark himself was very friendly yet succinct and measured in his delivery and obviously very customer focused.
Early days but seemingly great value for a significant amount of support and massive peace of mind in such a business critical area.
