Lisa Rhodes was a great help with her advice. Very thorough in her questions and very clear on the advice given. After confirming we were happy to conduct our own meeting with the employee, Lisa sent through notes at the end of the call (whilst we were still on the phone) to ensure we had all the information we needed, whilst also providing a direct telephone number, should we need any further assistance.
