I contacted peninsula about a case in my surgery that ended up with gross misconduct hearing. Lisa Rhodes was most helpful and as I told her almost became my counsellor through this trying time. She talked me through the entire case sent emails and even when it ended was still able to give follow up information that I have found useful. I would highly recommend the service as it feels like having an expert walk with you through a road you may have never travelled before.
