I received the first on-boarding call to have a basic understanding of the services and to book further and more tailored meetings to discuss HR and H&S aspects.
I also received the login details to the Health App included in the subscription (it looks like an interesting benefit for the employees).
Overall the customer experience is very professional and the on-boarding process looks logical.
