Katelyn Rowan phoned in response to an email I had sent earlier in the day, so I was pleased by her speedy reply.
She understood exactly what my situation was in handling an employee and made various suggestions of how to handle this. We agreed on the one that best fit my purpose after talking through all the options.
I requested an email response as I wasn't in a position to take notes whilst we were speaking. The email from her came through within 15 minutes. Excellent service!
