Darren Mulholland recently supported me, a line manager with a high-risk HR issue. It was great to have his support and advice. Darren helped me draft emails and how I should and should not respond to emails. We discussed settlements with the employee early on, but it has yet to lead to this. In hindsight, it would have been better to focus on resolving that settling instantly. The business has been pleased with the support, and I found Darren a great support. Thank you.
