Have been with them for 10 years since the start of our small business and we can safely say that it was the best decision we ever made.
They drew up all the documentation we needed, e.g. Employee Handbook, various policy documents, and have kept them updated as legislation changes. It also includes insurance against tribunals which is a real boon.
We are automatically kept up to date with all employee legislation and they are always contactable for general and specific employee advice. It is akin to having a fully staffed HR department of experienced, knowledgeable personnel actually in your own premises.
