From the first consultation call I had with James I knew I would be joining Pennybooks. Those clear and consise answers were exactly what I needed which I unfortunately hadn't got from my previous accountant. The support ever since joining has been tremendous and I understand so much more about my business in the past few months than I have in the past few years with my previous accountant. I also love looking at data so the software provided makes everything so much simpler and helps me better understand what goes where and why.
