I've switched to PennyBooks from another accountancy firm and can definitely say I am happy with my experience so far. As a first-time business owner, a lot of things were new to me and at times confusing (and stressful!), but PennyBooks' team always ensured to answer all of my questions and were available to hop on calls with me whenever needed. They also do the entire legwork associated with bookkeeping, reconciliation, etc. so that's super handy as I do not need to worry about it. I would definitely recommend using PennyBooks, really good value for money.
