Nicola was fantastic. She was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Pensions is an area that I can never get my head around and she was able to explain things at the level that I needed. The follow-up after, the transfer of my current pension funds and set up of my regular savings/investment fund was seamless. At the end of the initial meeting, I had a simple checklist of things to do on my end which was fantastic. I cannot recommend this service enough.
