Extremely Poor communication, unreasonable notice in asking for unnecessary additional information 5 months after taking the policy out, automatically cancelled my policy as a result and will not reinstate it. New quote was £100 more than original policy, oh and my part refund will take 5 days along with a £46 admin fee!! Absolutely raging, call yourselves a professional organisation, Harry in customer service department- USELESS!
