I rand today to ask that the Auto renew was turned off, as i had bought insurance elsewhere. It was like an interrogation trying to get them to do this for me. I was asked why, and advied tthe chap that i had found same but cheaper elsewhere. I was interrogated over and over as to who, how much, etc. then aid i could renew with them for even cheaper if i cancelled my new policy under the coling off period. I pray you tape your calls because you will see how many times I SAID PLEASE JUST CANCEL THE AUTO RENEW, I DONT WANT TO RENEW WITH YOU GUYS THIS TIME. Traumatic. Please just accept that peope do want to cancel their auto renew, and dont question us like you are the gestapo!
