Very bad experience. I made order over two weeks ago and nothing happened since. I have contacted them several times about the update. They have provided me with tracking link which is showing that parcel is not even shipped yet. They reckon they have shipped it. They keep blaming their "logistic partner" for order non-delivery and keep telling me that they are awaiting for logistic partner to get back to them about my order. It keeps happening for 4 days now - still no update about the order. Order no UK100271537 - just in case if they will read it.
