They have provided me with tracking link which is showing that parcel is not even shipped yet. They reckon they have shipped it. I returned back home and can't wear the coat - it raises an alarm in every shop. The tag is very different from what is usually used. I've been trying to resolve the issue with the shop asking where I could go to remove the tag as I am not planning on visiting Belgium.
