Had to order 3 times to get the right pair of jeans shipped to me in U.S. I had to package them and drive them to DHL and wait to get any credit, even though they were at fault. I have tracking info for the returns and I have only received a partial credit for one pair. I have now sent 5 emails asking for the credits I am due and they are not responding at all! I don't seem to have any recourse to get my money back.
