Absolutely fabulous customer service. Extremely quick replies to queries & emails and very friendly. Initially I ordered a bag but then, me being me, carried on shopping and saw another one I thought dad would prefer. On the off chance, I emailed & asked if the order could be changed. This was done almost immediately & without quibble and order arrived within 2 days! Would def use this company again!
