A good range of products and ordering was easy . Good communication concerning delivery of goods but then it all went wrong causing inconvenience to both myself and my neighbour! Despite being given the correct address my parcel was tried to be delivered next door . As they were out a card was left asking them to pick up a parcel they kne, nothing about!!! A phone call could have cleared all the confusion .
