Ordered a bag paying for next day delivery as I needed it for the next day... It arrived two days later ... I tried calling their customer services to get a refund but received no response. Won't be using this company again.
Besides paying for next day delivery and receiving my order two days later ... The bag is great and the website effortlessly easy to use.
