I had made my order on the 20/09/2016. The promise of a fast delivery on your website was a feature that attracted me to your store. I still have not received my bag on the 23/09/2016. Albeit only 3 days, I have not received any confirmation email or dispatch notice either, which has prompted suspicions about the validity of your site. This feedback email is the first contact I have had from you - I feel that is fairly poor considering I have spent almost £130.
