The bag I ordered was, unfortunately, lost by the courier. It was ordered specifically as a present, so I had to make alternative arrangements as the product was (within a day) out of stock. Perfect Bags (Millie) resolved the issue for me by offering several resolutions one of which was refunding my payment immediately - which I chose only because I had to go elsewhere for a last minute gift. However, if their product is as good as their problem resolution they are on a winner.
