Ordered and paid for 2 bags, they didn’t arrive, they didn’t answer emails saying I was rejecting them, wouldn’t answer phone. They blamed courier saying a consignment went missing. Then said they were with courier, they weren’t. Nearly 3 weeks later, bags still not here, requested a refund, it didn’t arrive. Now having to go through PayPal to deal with them. Dreadful service can’t understand all the positive reviews, they must have paid someone!
