Took advantage of my elderly and vulnerable parents and refused to follow up our complaints. The person who came to my parents’ house turned up with a seemingly random selection of potential oven cleaning materials bought from the local supermarket, plus some really corrosive material - hopefully not available in shops - which stripped the paint off my parents’ cooker. He left with the job part finished and chemicals still dripping from the inside of the oven. My poor parents were terrified to use it.
