Absolutely terrible. 45 minutes late and didn't bother updating me on timing until I chased. Then some poor guy turned up and didnt seem to even have a proper hoover for the job. It isn't that big a house and it's completely empty, and it took him 6 hours. I didn't see a mop so maybe he was doing it all by hand which is horrible. When I went back to check the kitchen surface was gritty as soon as I put my hand on it. Then when I complained that the windows were not cleaned, the company offered to send a different person to clean the inside windows. They apparently only do the inside of windows not outside. That isn't how glass works?? What, do they only wash the inside of cups as well? Waste of money and time. £185 and can't even wipe a kitchen top or remove mould from the bathroom.
