Be careful with them! They never refund me money after agreeing on it via email. Very disgraceful and cheating behaviour. I contracted them for End of Tenancy in early December; the job was very poorly executed, so bad that our landlord decided to use their own cleaners afterwards. I started a dispute of the charges via American Express and during the process the merchant (Perfect Cleaning) agreed on a 50% discount and issued a new invoice of £151. This was paid on Dec29 and on Jan04 they confirm the receipt of the money and that they deducted £307 from their account. Those money never made it back to me. I have sent something like 10 emails since then and also texted them on Whats App, but they don't even bother to reply. So they now hold £358 of my money when they agreed to £151. VERY SHAMEFUL behaviour.
