Man who came was good polite,helpful,professional and efficient. It was the poor customer service and admin. Said I could change booking on day as wasn't sure about dining chairs. Then denied it and got very rude and aggressive. Still waiting for call transcript. I wouldn't use ever again nor recommend to anyone to use of that is how they treat their customers.
