I found the staff very helpful on the phone, telling me that if the front of the harness was to go down in size the girth would most likely need to increase, and sending parts to try before I returned the original pieces.
I would have liked a diagram of the top of the dog in the instruction leaflet as I had put the top of my dog's harness on the wrong way around and only realised on seeing the photos of the dogs in this review email.
