I initially bought the wrong sized harness. A quick email with some pictures asking for help, and a response on the same day meant within 2 days I was able to try on the new pieces they had suggested, having arrived in the post in super quick time. Excellent customer service, and my dog is now in a harness that fits. Will be using them again. Thank you.
