My dog was a bit bigger than I estimated but the customer service I received from Gemma was above any expectation. Not only did she send me out additional pieces but no charge. Amazing. I’m working with a behavioural specialist and this harness gives me more control and is really comfy for my dog. I would recommend to everyone
