Since having the new harness it has enabled us to develop our puppies loose lead walking much better which is fantastic for an exuberant Labrador.
Also found the customer service excellent. We weren't sure that the ordered harness fitted correctly so we visited a nearby stockist who checked it for us and changed one part free of charge to make sure it was correct.
