Excellent fast service and advice from Lucy Cooper. She answered all my questions promptly via email about getting a smaller harness as the original one was too big. Even taking time to look at photos I attached to my email. She posted the new harness the same day and I received it the next day. If only all company's could have the same excellent customer service! This company excels themselves in every way. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them to all.
