PerfectFit were very helpful on the phone and as my dog was hard to fit, sent me two complete harnesses of different sizes but only charged me for one, asking that I return the parts which I didn't need. I was impressed with their knowledge, and also with the product -he's wearing a medium top and front and an XL girth! He's quite a big Irish terrier.
