5 star harness and customer service. Purchased X2 harnesses for my cavapoo's. The harnesses just needed a slight adjustment requiring an email to customer services. No hesitation a smaller part was sent and resolved the sizing issue. Purchased as acupuncturist vet recommended these as my boy has some narrowing of his airwaves. Both dogs have accepted these unlike other styles. Positive note nothing has to go over their heads. Need a bit of strength to unclip the brackets but easy to put on and remove. Both dogs happy to keep the harnesses on so a success thank you.
