From my first call I was impressed with the fantastic customer service. I was steered through the measuring process and advised which harness would be most appropriate for my dog. The delivery was spot on time and the backup service to ensure the harness fitted properly was excellent. The harness is a 'perfect fit' and I will not go anywhere else now. Thank you PerfectFit and Gilly who was amazing, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, which really made the process a pleasure.
