Well, since you asked. I have done more cussing over my two harnesses than over most things. The online videos are not great, and some of the crucial moves are black against black. It would help (of course this would be a manufacturing modication) if each part was carefully labeled.
Other than that they do work well, and the dogs don't get their leashes tangled up as much.
