There are poor companies, good companies and excellent companies like PerfectFit who REALLY go the extra mile for their customers. Having bought a harness for Charlie when he was younger, he’d outgrown it slightly. With the help of a customer services person who couldn’t have been nicer, they sent a girth piece which wasn’t the right fit. After another e mail conversation I was sent 2 more pieces free of charge. One fitted perfectly! How often nowadays do you get this level of fantastic customer service from a firm that REALLT cares about its customers? Cannot recommend PerfectFit high enough! Thank you from Liz & Charlie 🐶
