The harness I ordered was a little loose at the front. I emailed PerfectFit with a photograph and an alternative piece was sent for us to try. This fitted perfectly. It is soft against my dogs body and well made. It helps that it doesn’t have to go over her head. There is nothing not to like about the harness or the service provided by PerfectFit, I have already recommended to a friend.
