I contacted perfect fit when parts of the harness I had purchased for my new pup began to brake. I had had a harness for my previous boy from them and that one is still in perfect condition after 6 years so I was very suprised. They were so lovely about it and very apologetic they sent me out replacement peices no questions asked. Brilliant customer service and happy to report the new harness is perfect!
