My dog had some how managed to damage part of his harness and I wasn't totally sure what size (20 or 40) it was. It must be a few years since I bought the harness and I couldn't find any of the details in my own poor filing system!
It was out of office hours (Sat) so I took a risk ordered the replacement piece (how good is it that you can order pieces and not have to get the whole thing again!) and I popped a message across to say my concern (that I might have got the wrong one).
Monday morning I get a call (yes a phone call) confirming that I had chosen the right size (they had checked against my previous order) and that it was on its way to me. Now that is what I call top class customer service. The incredibly friendly and helpful chap on the phone confirmed that had I got the wrong size they would have swapped it out for me too!
