Used the calculator for the right size for Hamish my BT he was at the top end of the scale for small. I tried it and thought maybe bigger. I sent photos. Jake was great getting back to me quickly. First thing the back was on the wrong way ! Silly me. But he also felt the pictures after the adjustment looked like another set would be better. Amazingly it arrived the next day and as they say was a perfect fit. 5* all round. Quality is fantastic so comfortable for him customer services fantastic. Would highly recommend
