Rang about a fit for my 9 month old Lurcher as very deep chest but narrow neck and had a thorough and informed consultation over the phone with regard to our workload and her pulling etc, and the harness came within 2 days and fits perfectly. Very happy and it was so easy to get to speak to someone. Thank you
