Customer service is excellent. I already own 2 harnesses and my dog had lost weight so spoke with staff to discuss ordering a new chest piece only they were really helpful and sent me sizes to try at no cost. I would thoroughly recommend the harnesses and the company delivery comes next day and everyone is so helpful.
