Excellent professional service. We had just adopted a lively three year old Springer who had no lead training at all. The adoption was unplanned but as she needed urgent assistance we were pleased to give her a home but the timing was not the best. The harness arrived and was a little bit slack so we contacted the customer service team who immediately sent out a replacement part for the harness. As we were just about to go on holiday we were very relieved at the speed and professionalism of the team. Thank you once again for your assistance.
