Customer service is second to none. We ordered the wrong size harness for our labrador. After ringing customer service and explaining we measured wrongly, Perfect Fit could not have been more obliging. They sent us replacement sections the next day, at no extra cost and just kindly asked us to return the section that did not fit, even though we had used it. We have a strong labrador that pulls on the lead. We bought a harness and a 2 metre training lead which we are using, plus, we then bought a 1 metre lead which is attached to the the back of the harness. We have definateley seen an improvement. The leads are so soft to hold which is great, especially as I have joint problems in my hand. Would definateley recommend Perfect Fit to anyone.
