This harness is excellent, our 6th old German shepherd developed a head tilt after a vet examination couldn't find a medical cause, I wondered if it was her old harness. I researched and found perfect fit and spoke to them for sizing. I found them extremely helpful, the size was too big so they sent a different size top and front quickly. Customer service is extremely good through all communication options, I would buy again when she needs different sizes
