I have already got one perfect fit harness for my dog and am very pleased with it. I measured the harness incorrectly when ordering a second one. Customer services at Perfect Fit called me and arranged for the correct one to be sent out. I didn’t have to send the incorrect one back until I was fully satisfied with tjhe replacement sent. Excellent customer service and so nice to be able to speak to someone knowledgeable straight away. Can’t recommend this company enough
