AMAZING customer service! My dogs harness wasn't quite right and they asked me to send measurements and photos, and sent me a selection to try until we got it right! The harnesses themselves are great because you can open/close them without your dog lifting paws (my dog has IVDD so it made it easier) and they're made of soft, quality materials. Definitely will come back!
